You will be working with your host teacher for the duration of the next eight weeks. When planning your lessons, make sure you ask for feedback on your lesson plans and be receptive to your teacher's suggestions.

ReplyDeleteLast week the principal transferred me from the teacher I had been observing for the past month to a different teacher in the same school. Although I learned quite a bit about classroom and time management from the first teacher, and I usually don't like change very much, I have a good feeling about this adjustment. The new teacher I will be observing has a very different style, so it will be good for me to compare and contrast what works and what doesn't between the two styles, and find my own style in the process. So, I will now be working with U.S. History and preparing for the unit on World War II!
